Ms. Robin Bradley was appointed by Youngstown’s mayor, Jamael "Tito" Brown, in July of 2022.

Ms. Bradley is a graduate of Youngstown State University – 1987 and 1992 (Secretarial Studies and Office Management) Administrative Assistant - Youngstown State University (Kilcawley Center, College of Education, University Outreach and College of Business) from 1989 to 2020 (recent retiree August 14, 2020). 

Ms. Bradley is a member of New Bethel Baptist Church; served as past Secretary of Liberty Kiwanis; a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated – Epsilon Mu Omega Chapter, Youngstown, Ohio. 
 

She is mother to Bristen Nile Evans and Pendleton Ellis Evans.
