All costs must be paid with correct change. The first ten (10) pages of requested public records will be provided at no charge to members of the media.
In the event that circumstances make it reasonable for this office to hire an outside contractor to make copies of requested records, the requester will be charged the actual cost paid to the outside contractor for the copying service.
Requester may ask that the documents be mailed to them. They will be charged the actual cost of the postage and mailing supplies.
